- shipping and handling. Of course, they don't commit that they'll actually ship
- the thing to you any time in the next few years. You can jump on the waiting
- list by calling the Tech Support number listed in your modem documentation. Be
- prepared to listen to USR advertisements for 20-30 minutes (it's a
- long-distance call) while you're on hold.
